Fairchild Equipment Collects 4,300 lbs. of Goods on Behalf of Goodwill
Menomonee Falls, WI – Fairchild Equipment hosted its second donation drive in partnership with Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. In total, Fairchild Equipment successfully placed 30 across Southeastern Wisconsin and collected 4,300 lbs. of clothing and household goods. The donation drive started on starting on January 22, 2018 and concluded on February 2, 2018.
“Giving back to the communities we serve is a huge priority for Fairchild Equipment,” Said Ryan Ratzlaff, Fairchild Equipment Sales Manager. “We believe in Goodwill and the many ways it serves to help people and better our communities. We are all very excited to be able to partner with our customers and local community businesses to help Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin.”
This is the second campaign for Fairchild Equipment in partnership with Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. We’re proud that this campaign has more than doubled in size since our initial launch last Spring,” said Andrea Jorgensen, Marketing Coordinator for Fairchild Equipment. “Our previous partners have once again teamed up with us to make this a success and we can proudly announce that we’ve gained even more support within the Southeastern Wisconsin area.”
Fairchild Equipment first piloted a donation drive in the Spring of 2017 in Southeastern Wisconsin. The initial campaign was supported by seven participating businesses, placing over a dozen bins and collecting 3,476 lbs. of donated items. The current donation drive is hosting 16 businesses across Southeastern Wisconsin and 31 bins will be designated within the partnering facilities.
Partnering businesses include: Ace Worldwide (two locations across Southeastern Wisconsin), Artemax (New Berlin, WI), Beer Capitol (Sussex, WI), CertainTeed Ceilings (Plymouth, WI), Fairchild Equipment (Menomonee Falls, WI), Federal-Mogul (Waupun, WI), HUSCO International (two locations across Southeastern Wisconsin), IEWC (New Berlin, WI), Milwaukee Business Journal (Milwaukee, WI), Paragon Development Systems (Brookfield, WI), Richardson Industries Inc. (Haven, WI), Sjoberg Tool (Hartland, WI), Southwire (Pleasant Prairie), Waukesha County Business Alliance (Waukesha, WI), and We Energies (six locations across Southeastern Wisconsin).
